2. Definitions.- In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,- (a) "Committee" means the Committee constituted under section 6; (b) "Fund" means the Sugar Development Fund formed under section 3; (c) “Prescribed" means prescribed by rule made under this Act; (d) all other words and expressions used in this Act and not defined, but defined in the Sugar Cess Act, 1982, shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in that Act. |
