78. Survey and statistics.- The Central Government shall make, or cause to be made, such surveys and collect, or cause to be collected, such statistics as it may consider necessary with a view to ascertaining the extent to which any standard of weight, measure or numeration established by or under this Act has been implemented in any area or in relation to any class of undertakings, users or goods and it shall be the duty of every person using weight or measure or making any numeration to render such assistance as the person making such survey or collecting such statistics may require. | |||||
