35. Power to remove difficulties.- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act or the rules, schemes or orders made there under, the Central Government may, by notification, remove the difficulty: PROVIDED that no such notification shall be made by the Central Government after the expiry of a period of three years from the date on which this Act receives the assent of the President. | |||||
