6. Reservation posts for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.- The Council shall, except in the case of officers requiring special qualifications to be decided by the Council with the previous approval of the Central Government, observe the rules relating to reservation of posts for the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes as laid down by the Central Government from time to time in this behalf.
