83. Loss of certificates.- Whenever a person holding a certificate granted under this Act proves to the satisfaction f the Central Government that he has, without fault on his part, lost or been deprived of such certificate, the Central Government shall, on payment of the prescribed fee, cause a copy of the certificate, to which by the record kept in accordance with this Act he appears to be entitled, to be granted to him, and such copy shall have all the effect of the original. | ||||||
