151. Conditions of service, etc., to remain unchanged during pendency of proceedings before tribunal.- During the pendency of proceedings under section 150,- (a) no seaman or class of seamen or union of seamen shall go or remain on strike or otherwise act in a manner prejudicial to the normal operation of the ships in which the seamen are employed or are likely to be employed; and (b) no owner of a ship shall- (i) alter to the prejudice of the seamen concerned in the dispute, the conditions of service applicable to them immediately before the commencement of such proceedings; or (ii) discharge or punish any seaman in respect of any mater connected with the dispute. | ||||||
