64D. Authority of members of Association to act through agents.- It shall be lawful for any member of the Life Insurance Council or the General Insurance Council to authorise any individual, whether an officer of the insurer or not, to act as the representative of such member at any meeting of the Council concerns or to stand as a candidate for any election held by that Council. |
