59. Return of deposits.- In the winding up of an insurance company (otherwise than in a case to which Section 58 applies) and in the insolvency of any other insurer the liquidator or assignee as the case may be shall apply to the Court for an order for the return of the redeposit made by the company or the insurer, as the case may be, under Section 7 or Section 98 and the Court shall on such application order a return of the deposit subject to such terms and conditions as it shall direct. |
