52G. Protection of action taken under Sections 52 A to 52 D.- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against an Administrator for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of Section 52 A, Section 52 B, Section 52 BB or Section 52 C. (2) No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central Government or the Authority for any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under Section 52 A, Section 52 B, or Section 52 D. |
