8. Physical characteristics, configuration, constructional details of weights and measures.- Every weight or measures used or intended to be used in any transaction or for industrial production or for protection, shall conform as regards physical characteristics, configuration, constructional detail materials, performance, tolerances and such other details, to the specifications prescribed under the Standards Act.
