Production of document for medical benefit.- A person intending to claim medical benefit, and who is otherwise entitled to such benefit, shall produce his identity card or such other document as may have been issued in lieu thereof at the time of claiming such benefit if demanded by the insurance medical officer and if he fails to do so medical benefit may be refused to him. |
