129. Revision of settlement on account of decline in prices of agricultural produce.- Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act or in any other enactment for the time being in force, the Chief Commissioner, if he is satisfied that there has been a substantial decline in the price of agricultural produce which is likely to continue for sometime, may, by a notification in the official Gazette, direct a revision of settlement in any area. | |||||
