22. Temperature to be recorded at each hygrometer.- At each hygrometer maintained in accordance with Rule 19, correct wet and dry bulb temperature shall be recorded thrice daily during each working day by competent person nominated by the Manager and approved by the Inspector. The temperature shall be taken between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. (but not in the rest interval) and between 4 p.m. and 5.30 p.m. In exceptional circumstances such additional readings and between such hours, as the Inspector may specify shall be taken. The temperatures shall be entered in a Humidity Register in the prescribed Form No.6, maintained in the factory. At the end of each month, the persons who have taken the readings shall sign the Register and certify the correctness of the entries. The Register shall always be available for inspection by the Inspector. | |||||
