11. Payment of fees.- (1) Every application under the Rules shall be accompanied by a treasury receipt showing that the appropriate fees has been paid into the authorised branch of the State Bank of India under the head of account, affixed by the office of the Chief Inspector of Factories. (2) If an application for the grant, renewal or amendment of a licence is rejected, the fee paid shall be refunded to the applicant. |
