334. Applications under section 518.- (1) An application under section 518 shall be made by a judge's summons, and notice of the application shall be given to the liquidator where he is not the applicant, to the respondents, if any, named in the application, and to such other persons and in such manner as the Court may direct.

(2) Where an order is made under section 518 staying the proceedings in the winding up, the order shall direct that the applicant at whose instance the order for stay was made shall, within 10 days of the making of the order, file a certified copy thereof with the Registrar of Companies. Payment of Unclaimed Dividends and Undistributed Assets into the Companies Liquidation Account, in a Winding-up
