Application of rules to meetings.- Except where and so far as the nature of the subject matter or the context may otherwise require, the rules as to meetings as hereinafter set out shall apply to Court meetings, Liquidator's meetings of creditors and contributories and voluntary liquidation meetings, provided that in the case of Court meetings, the rules shall apply only subject to any directions given by the Court.
