List of contributories under section 104(1)(b) .- Where, on the application of a creditor made under section 104(1)(b) the Court thinks fit to direct that a list of persons liable to contribute to his debt or claim be settled, such list shall be settled in the same manner as a list of ordinary contributories of a company in a winding-up.
