181. Notice to be given of date of settlement of list.- (1) Upon the filing of the provisional list, the Official Liquidator shall subject to any directions of the Judge on the application for directions referred to in rule 189 of these rules, fix a date not later than one month from the date of the filing of the provisional list for the settlement of the list before him, and shall give notice thereof to every person included in such list, stating in such notice in what character and for what number of shares or extent of interest such person is included in the list, the amount called up and the amount paid up in respect of shares or interest. Such notice shall be in Form No. 77 and shall be sent by prepaid letter post under certificate of posting to every person included in the list at the address mentioned therein so as to reach him in the ordinary course of post not later than 14 days before the date fixed for the settlement.

(2) The person who posted the notices shall swear to an affidavit in Form No. 78 relating to the despatch thereof and the affidavit shall be filed with the proceedings.
