130. Officers of company to attend and give information.- The Official Liquidator may from time to time hold personal interviews with any such person as is mentioned in sub-section (2) of section 454 for the purpose of investigating the company's affairs, and it shall be the duty of every such person to attend on the Official Liquidator at such time and place as the Official Liquidator may appoint and give the Official Liquidator all information that he may require and answer all such questions as may be put to him by the Official Liquidator. The Official Liquidator shall maintain minutes of the interview held by him or memoranda containing the substance of such interviews.
