85. Amendment of section 198.- In section 198 of the Principal Act,—

(a) in sub-section (1),—

(i) the words "managing agent, secretaries and treasurers or" shall be omitted;

(ii) for the figures and word "350 and 35l", the word and figures "and 350" shall be substituted;

(iii) proviso shall be omitted;

(b) in sub-section (4), in the Explanation, the figures "348, 351," shall be omitted.
