573. Addition of “Limited” or “Private Limited” to name.—When a company registers in pursuance of this Part with limited liability, the word “Limited” or the words “Private Limited” as the case may be, shall form, and be registered as, the last word or words of its name:

Provided that this section shall not be deemed to exclude the operation of section 25.
