13. State government deemed to be a party.- All matters arising between the State Government and any part to the suit under rule 10, rule 11, rule 11 A or rule 12 shall be deemed to be questions arising between the parties to the suit within the meaning of section 47.


HIGH COURT AMENDMENT

Andhra Pradesh.- After Rule 13, add the following:

“13-A. If any money is outstanding to the credit of a suit or appeal or other proceeding instituted, preferred or taken in forma pauperis no order for payment out of such money shall be made on application of any party except after due notice to the State Government.”
