34. Amendment of certificate granted by the Board after notification under section 6.- When a notification is published under the powers conferred by section 6 of the Act, declaring that a film in respect of which a 'U' certificate or 'UA' certificate or an 'S' certificate has been granted shall be deemed to be a film in respect of which an 'A' certificate has been granted, the person to whom the certificate has been granted or the person to whom the rights in the film have passed as the case may be, shall surrender within one month from the date of issue of the order the original certificate and all the duplicate copies thereof to the Board for the issue of a fresh certificate of the new category.
