| 41. Power to exempt.- The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, exempt, subject to such conditions and restrictions as it may impose any class of industrial premises or class of employers or employees from all or any of the provisions of this Act or of any rules made there under: Provided that nothing in this section shall be construed as empowering the State Government to grant any exemption in respect of any women employee from any of the provisions of this Act or any rules made there under relating to annual leave with wages, maternity benefits, crèches, wages, rejection of beedi or cigar and night work. | ||||
