Arbitration proceedings means course of submitting statement of claim, statement of defence, counter claim, before the Arbitral Tribunal or between the parties and other proceedings before the Arbitral Tribunal as per the process as agreed by the parties or determined the arbitrator if no such agreement between the parties, and adjudication and determination of dispute on merits.
