Production of medical certificate of fitness before resumption of duty.—A working journalist who has availed himself of leave for reasons of health may, before he resumes duty, be required by his employer to produce a medical certificate of fitness from an authorized medical practitioner, or the medical officer who issued the medical certificate under sub-rule (2) of rule. |
