FURTHER EXAMINATION. -If, on such examination the difference between the average count or length and the described count or length is in excess of the variation permitted in the notification issued by the Central Government under See. 95 of the Act, the importer or any other person having any claim to or in relation to, the goods in question or otherwise interested may apply for a further examination.
