130. OPPOSITION TO REGISTRATION OF CERTIFICATION TRADE MARKS.-(1) On acceptance of the application the Registrar shall cause the, application to be advertised in the Journal and the provisions of rules 51 to 60 shall apply mutatis mutandis as they apply in relation to an application under sec. 18. The references to Forms-TM-5, TM-6 and TM-7 in rules 51 to 60 shall, in their application to proceedings on the opposition to the registration of’ certification trade marks under subsection (3) of Sec. 64, be substituted by references to Forms TM-8, TM-9 and TM-10 respectively.

(2) In any case of doubt with regard to the application of the provisions of rules 51 to 60 to proceedings on the opposition to the registration of a certification trade mark, any party may apply to the Registrar or the Central Government, as the case may be, for directions.
