125. DESTRUCTION OF RECORDS. -Where an application for the registration of a trade mark has been withdrawn, abandoned or refused or a trade mark has been removed from the register, the Registrar may, at the expiration of twelve years after the application is with-drawn or is abandoned or is refused or after the trade mark is removed from the register, as the case may be, destroy all or any of the records relating to the application of the trade mark concerned.
