11. Procedure for payment of fees.— All fees payable under these be paid through crossed demand draft on any nationalised bank in favour of the Chief Controller of Explosives, Nagpur and in cases where the amount payable does not exceed Rs. 100, the payment may be made by cash, money order, postal order or cheque drawn on a local bank.
