13. Preparation of secondary and working standards.- The State Government may cause to be prepared at the metrological wing of the mint at Bombay, as many sets of secondary standards or working standards as it may think necessary: Provided that where the mint intimates the State Government in writing that it is unable to prepare any secondary standard or working standard, that Government may cause such secondary standard or working standard to be prepared by such organisation as the Central Government may, on a reference made to it by the State Government, by notification, specify in this behalf. | |||||
