Part IV to apply to inter-State Trade or commerce only.- The provisions of this Part shall apply to- (a) Every weight or measure which is, or is intended to be, - (i) Made or manufactured for the purpose of inter-State trade or commerce, (ii) Used, sold, distributed, delivered or otherwise transferred in the course of inter-State trade or commerce; (b) Goods which are, or are intended to be, sold, distributed, delivered or otherwise transferred by weight, measure or number in the course of inter-State trade or commerce; (c) Every service which is rendered by weight, measure or number in relation to, or in the course of, inter-State trade or commerce. |
