33. Protection of action taken in good faith.- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central Government or against 1the Presiding Officer of a Tribunal or the Chairperson of an Appellate Tribunal or against the Recovery Officer for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule or order made thereunder. | |||||
