25. Saving of power of removal without inquiry under Act. -Nothing in this Act shall be construed to affect the authority of Government for suspending or removing any public servant for any cause without an inquiry under this Act.
STATE AMENDMENT
Bihar
For Section 25, substitute the following: -
“25 Saving of power of removal without inquiry under Act. -Nothing in this Act shall be construed to affect the power of the Government or the authority to which the person accused is subordinate to suspend or remove any public servant for any cause without an enquiry under this Act.”
