5. Reports by the State Government. -Every State Government shall, for the purpose of enabling the Central Government to place the report referred to in sub-section (4) of section 15A, on the Table of each House of Parliament, furnish to that Government before the 15th day of February, each year, a summary of the measures taken by it under sub-sections (1) and (2) of that section during the preceding calendar year and shall also furnish such other information as may be required by the Central Government from time to time.
