1[55-C.Use of Natamycin for surface treatment of cheese (hard).-Natamycin i-nay be used for surface treatment of cheese (hard) under label declaration as specified in Cl. (8) of sub-rule (zzz) of rule 42 subject to the following conditions, namely :- (i) Maximum level of application of Natamycin in cheese (hard) shall not exceed 2 mg/dm3 (ii) The penetration depth of Natamycin in cheese (hard) shall not exceed 2 mm.
