36. Size of types used for declaration.-The types used for declaration shall be of such dimension that it shall be conspicuous to a reader and shall not be in any case less than 3 mm. in height. The word synthetic” whenever it is used shall be of the same size as used for the name of the product :

Provided that the height of the types used in the declaration having an area not greater than 25 square centimeters, shall not be less than 1.0 mm
