Noting of changes in names and addresses of
partners.- When any partner in a registered
firm alters his name or permanent address, an
intimation of the alteration' shall be sent,
within a period of 90 days from the date of
making such alteration, by any partner or agent
of the firm to the Registrar, who shall deal
with it in the manner provided in section 61.
