25. Place of trial.-Notwithstanding anything contained in other law for the time being in force, any person committing an offence under this Act or any rule made thereunder or under any of the enactment extended under this Act or under the rules made there under shall be tried for the offence in such place as the Central Government may, by general or special order published in the Official Gazette, direct in this behalf.
