3. Term of office of the members of the Committee and the Advisory Committee.- The term of office of the members of the Committee or an Advisory Committee shall be such as in the opinion of the Central Government is necessary for completing the enquiry into the scheduled employment concerned and the Central Government may, at the time of the constitution of the Committee, or Advisory Conul1ittee, as the case may be, 1ixsuch terms and may, from time to time, extend it as circumstances may require. |
