386. Power to make rules.- The Central Government may make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Part with respect to a court of survey and in particular, and without prejudice to the generally of the foregoing power, with respect to- (a) the procedure of the court; (b) the requiring, on an appeal, of security for costs and damages; (c) the amount and applicant of fees; and (d) the ascertainment, in case of dispute, of the proper amount of costs. | ||||||
