Issue of load line certificates to foreign ships in India and Indian ships in foreign countries.- The Central Government may, at the request of a country to which the Load Line Convention applies, issue an international load line certificate in respect of a ship registered in that country if it is satisfied in like manner as in the case of an Indian ship that it can properly issue the certificate and where the certificate is issued at such a request, it shall contain a statement tat it has been so issued. |
