Appeal against decision under section 96 and Order under section 95.- Any party aggrieved by any decision of the Co-operative Court under the last preceeding section, or order passed by the Co-operative Court or the Registrar or the authorised person under section 95 may, within two months from the date of the decision or order, appeal to4[the Co-operative Appellate Court.
