LIABILITY OF EXECUTIVE OF UNION. - Where anything is required to be done by any union under this Act, the person authorised in this behalf by the executive of the union, and where no person is so authorised, every member of the executive of the union shall be bound to do the same, and shall be personally liable, if default is made in the doing of any such thing. Explanation: For the purpose of this section, the "executive of a union" means the body whatever name called to which the management of the affairs of the union is entrusted.
