AUTHORISED OFFICER TO APPEAR IN ANY PROCEEDING BEFORE COURT. - The State Government may authorise, and direct any officer of Government to appear in any proceeding before the Court by giving notice to such Court; and on such notice being given, such officer shall be entitled to appear in such proceeding and to be heard by the Court. |
