4. Amendment of section 48 of Mah. XXIV of 1961. – In section 48 of the principle Act, -

(a) in clause (d), in the first proviso, for the words “and Agriculture and Rural Development Bank” the words “a Co-operative Agriculture and Rural Multipurpose Development Bank” shall be substituted;

(b) in clause (f) for the words “Agriculture and Rural Development Bank” the words “Co-operative Agriculture and Rural Multipurpose Development Bank” shall be substituted.
