22. Graving vessel within prohibited limits.- If any person graves, breams or smokes any vessel in any such port, contrary to the directions of the conservation, or at any time or within any limits at or within which such act is prohibited by the Government, he and the master of the vessel shall for every such offence be punishable with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees each. | |||||
