Same Bench to deal with requisition from High Court under section 256(2).- Where a requisition is received from the High Court under sub-section (2) of section 256, or where the case is referred back under section 258, it shall be dealt with by the Bench referred to in rule 40 unless otherwise directed by the President or the Senior Vice-President or the Vice-President, as the case may be.
