Additional evidence to be submitted to the Tribunal.- If the document is directed to be produced or witness examined or evidence adduced before any income-tax authority, he shall comply with the direction of the Tribunal and after compliance send the document, the record of the deposition of the witness or the record of the evidence adduced, to the Tribunal.
