9A. Travelling and daily allowances payable to he members of an Advisor Committee.- Every member of an Advisory Committee not being a Chairman, Managing Director, Director of the Corporation of whole-time officer of the Corporation or an officer of Government,k performing journeys in connection with attending the meetings of an Advisory Committee, shall be entitled to the traveling and daily allowances as per admissible on tour to the highest category off Officers, that is, officers of the rank of Commercial Manager and equivalent, in the whole time employment of the Corporation.

(2) The Chairman, Managing Director, Director or any whole-time officer of the Corporation or an officer of Government, if a member of an Advisory Committee shall be entitled o such traveling and daily allowances as are admissible under the rules applicable to him for journeys performed on official duty.
